Richard B. Inman Jr.
managing principal
Prior to founding Ironwood, Mr. Inman served as President of Tucker Federal Bank for eleven years. In that role, Mr. Inman grew the bank from $250 million to $1.2 billion in total assets and in 1997 founded Eagle Bancshares Capital Group, invested over $30 million in preferred equity transactions and earned a return of 29.95%. At Tucker Mr. Inman also acquired distressed loans from the RTC and managed many of the defaulting loans he inherited at the outset of his tenure as President. Mr. Inman began his career at Citibank, New York in the workout department and has over 25 years of lending, workout and investment experience. He received an M.B.A. from Stanford and a B.S. from Georgia Tech.
Sean K. Easter
vice president of construction & development
Mr. Easter brings an owner’s perspective to construction management and development. He has extensive experience in Guam and Saipan and has overseen the construction of 212 affordable housing units and the 64,000 square foot expansion of Okkodo High School in Guam. Prior to joining Ironwood, Mr. Easter was VP of construction for Bass Pro Shops and oversaw the construction of 28 new stores and VP of Construction of Circuit City where he oversaw the construction of 467 new stores and 300 remodels. Mr Easter is a Professional Engineer and earned a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Arkansas.
Sherry Costo
chief controller
Ms. Costo has worked for Ironwood and its affiliates since 2009. She oversees a number of key functions including budgeting, bookkeeping and audit tax preparation for the various subsidiary companies. Prior to joining Ironwood, Ms. Costo served as Controller for John W. Rooker and Associates in Atlanta. She has a Bachelor of Business Administration from University if North Florida.
Clint R. Collins
Mr. Collins oversees residential property operations for Ironwood properties on Guam and Saipan. Mr. Collins has instituted various systems and technologies to better manage our housing units from afar. Prior to joining Ironwood, Mr. Collins worked full time with BMG Rentals Property Management in Utah and Idaho.
Brantley Inman
managing director
Ms. Inman is responsible for identifying and performing initial diligence on new opportunities. Additionally she is responsible for maintaining relations with investors and lenders. Prior to joining Ironwood, Ms. Inman was an associate in the Industrials Investment Banking Group of Deutsche Bank in New York. She is a cum laude graduate of Washington and Lee University with a BA in Economics and received a Masters in Business Administration from the Darden Graduate School of Business of the University of Virginia
